Due to limited availability on some of our items, all sales are considered final upon receipt of payment. iCandi Couture takes great pride in the attention we give to all orders that leave our store. We closely inspect all orders for quality assurance prior to fulfilling and shipping.
If you are not totally in love with your purchase, we may offer EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT on some items when they are reported as delivered in unacceptable condition within 2 days of receiving.
Exchanges are not considered for any worn or damaged items or personal items including (but not limited to) swimwear, lingerie, underwear, and bodysuits.
All discounted and sales items are final. Store credit will be considered if the item was received in an unacceptable condition and is reported to our team within 2 days of receipt.
To assist with capturing a return on an item delivered to you that qualifies for a return/exchange, please reach out to our team at sales@iCandiCouture.com. After the return process has been approved by a team member, you will receive a return address to ship your item for reconciliation.
